値段もだけど、チェーン店では珍しく「もみダレ」でキチンと肉を揉んでいるから旨いんよ‼️
ただ、揉んでいるのはカルビのタレだけ、塩ダレとか味噌ダレ類の肉は揉んでない。ただかかっているだけ。
もっと残念なのが従業員のやる気の無さ。
従業員どうしのおしゃべりに夢中で客が大きな声で呼ばないと気づかない。
ローリングしない。
客は僕ひとりしかいないのに(笑)
練馬店に行って修行が必要です。

入店してもなかなか案内が来ない。
帰りも会計をレジの前で待ってもなかなか店員が出てこない。
結局大声で呼んだけどしばらくしないと出てこなかった。
コスパと味は文句ないだけに、ちょっと残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍の今、入店時のアルコール消毒・検温すら無かった。パーテーションの設置もなかった。机のアルコール消毒ぐらいしかしていなかった。正直ありえないと思う。店員さん方はテキパキしていて良かったが、しっかりコロナ対策をしていただけないのなら、もう利用しないと思う。お皿が汚れていたのも気になりました。
