E	Erance esp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「ご入店および、お食事中以外はマスク着用のご協力をお願いいたします。」とオフィシャルサイトに記載があり、オーダー時にこの注意喚起があります。以前訪れたときに店員さんに確認したところ、それを守ってもらうようノーマスクのままだったりすると声かけます、感染防止対策してます、とのことなので再訪しました。しかし、目の前の男性は一人なので会話はしてないものの、ずっとノーマスク。その横では老夫婦が食事してないときも、ドリンクバー行く時すらノーマスク、さらに大声の会話。感染防止対策してるって聞いたから来店したのに、とオーナーの方にお話しました。すると、「高齢の方は何度かお願いしてますが強制はできずお願いベースなので‥」「おひとりの方は、電話で話したりしてるわけではないので言いにくい」「よろしければ、こちらが空いてるので移動なさいますか？」って、まずノーマスクにマスクするよう声かけするのが先。なぜそっちに何もせず、ちゃんと対策に協力してる側が移動させられなければならないの？とりあえず感染対策してる風で声かけてるけど、客任せです。安全性は決して高くないです。下の、ずっと予算の安いチェーン店のカフェの方がよほど安全です。こういうちゃんとしてる人を大切にしない店は嫌い。何年も前から、接客の良いスタッフが揃ってるから好きで通ったし、友人や家族も連れてきたのに、ここはもう来たくないな。 There is a statement on the official website that "Please cooperate in wearing a mask except when entering the store and while eating."
