★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛角はあちこちにありますが各店舗によってちょっとずつ違いがあると思います。こちらのお店は通常早い時間でしか食べられない焼肉定食が22:00まで食べられます。しかも、量も多くて大満足！一番お得なコースだと焼肉定食白980円。サワーなどのアルコールも飲み放題で付いてごはんもおかわり自由！おつまみの小鉢も2種類選べてお肉付き！60分で大満足！お腹いっぱい！一人でもたくさん食べる家族がいる方も安心して食べさせてあげられるありがたいお店です。
 Gyu-Kaku is everywhere, but I think there are some differences depending on each store. At this restaurant, you can eat yakiniku set meals that can only be eaten early, until 22:00. Moreover, the amount is large and I am very satisfied! The best value course is Yakiniku set meal white 980 yen. All-you-can-drink alcohol such as sour is included, and you can refill your rice freely! You can also choose two types of small bowls of snacks with meat! Very satisfied in 60 minutes! I'm full! Even if you have a family who eats a lot, you can eat with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主要道路にあるため、反対車線からは入りづらい立地だが、駐車場はスペースが多い。
県内にはそれほど多くない、炭火の牛角。店員も笑顔で明るく、悪くない。
ただ、一度の来店で3回のオーダーミスがあった。その日は平日で、客足もかなり少なかったのだが、1時間半の間に3回。
最後に必ず「店員を評価してください」と紙を持ってくるが、残念ながら評価できなかった。
それ以外は普通の牛角。炭火の牛角で食べたいならここか。

There are not so many charcoal-fired Gyu-Kaku in the prefecture. The clerk is also smiling and cheerful, not bad.
However, there were three order mistakes in one visit. It was a weekday and the number of customers was quite small, but it was three times in an hour and a half.
At the end, I always bring a piece of paper saying "Please evaluate the clerk", but unfortunately I could not evaluate it.
Other than that, it is a normal Gyu-Kaku. If you want to eat at Gyu-Kaku over charcoal, this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店と同時に予約してたのに時間になっても開かないし、外から呼んでも返事がなくそのまま帰りました。2度と行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店時間ちょうどに予約して向かったが、開店時間になっても店舗が開かず、電話しても繋がらない状況となった。
10分以上経った後、店内からスタッフが1人出てきて、「ただいまランチは行っていない」とアホな事を抜かしてきたので、予約している事を伝えたら店内に通された。
そのスタッフが言うには、本来の多賀城店のスタッフが全員体調不良で休んだため急遽石巻から派遣されており、他のスタッフも来てないことから準備が出来ていないとのこと。
結果的には店を利用したが、スタッフ全員が体調不良という飲食店であるまじき事態を起こしておいて店を無理やり開けようとする神経は理解できない。体調不良の原因がコロナや食中毒が原因であり、こちらも感染したらどう責任を取るつもりなのであろう。
「店舗の都合で今回はキャンセルしていただきたい、次回利用時にお詫びも兼ねて補填します。」と事前に連絡があれば、こちらも納得するところであったが、店舗に着いても開いていない、電話も繋がらない、よく分からない状況で放置されるというのは利用者を馬鹿にしている。
急遽派遣されたスタッフには同情するが、最低最悪な店舗という他ない。
二度と利用することはない。

If I had been informed in advance that "I would like you to cancel this time due to the convenience of the store, I will also apologize for the next use." It makes a fool of the user to be left in an unclear situation where the phone cannot be connected.
I sympathize with the staff dispatched in a hurry, but it is the worst store.
I will never use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アルバイトの女性定員はやる気無さそうに働いていて店に活気も無し。
ビールはスーパードライですが何だか味と色が薄いかんじでハイボールもウイスキーが入っているのか？ってくらい薄いし頼む度に濃さが違うw
まぁ飲み物は酷すぎるしハラミも臭くて食えない。
安いから仕方ない？って思うが金払ってんだからしっかり営業してほしい。
二度と行きません。

カウンターはすぐに案内可能、テーブルだと30分程待ちと伝えられた。
予約を取ろうとすると待ち時間がわからない、と始まる。
待たせておいて聞かれたことにすら答えられないのが理解不能。
混んでいるのはわかるが電話対応ができてない。
ある意味清々しい気持ちで電話を切れた。
ありがとう牛角。
さようなら牛角。
二度と行く店の選択肢に入れません。
