★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日に電話で予約して、いたのに予約されていなかったようで、入口で10分くらい待たされました 入口で立たせたままで別の予約客は次々と座席に案内しながら、何の説明もなく、店員同士で聞こえるように「予約してないのに来ている」というような事を言っていて、最終的に狭いカウンター席の奥に案内されました
友だちが一緒でなければキレて帰っていました
店のミスで予約が取れて取れていなかったのに一切の説明もなく、後から来た客を次々と優先して案内するという態度は、客商売としてはあり得ないと考えます(特に立たせたままで待たせて、説明もなく謝罪も全く無いないのは異常だと思います)
味や金額別以前の問題で基本的な教育が完全に不足していると考えます
二度と行くことは無いと思います

I don't think it's possible for a customer business to give priority to customers who come later without any explanation even though they couldn't make a reservation due to a mistake in the store. I think it's unusual that there is no explanation and no apology.
I think that basic education is completely lacking due to problems before taste and amount.
I don't think I'll ever go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店してからあからさま嫌な態度で待ち時間を伝えられ、「待てないのであれば、、」と無言で返されました。特に若い店員さんはいつもサービス良くないですね。

単品注文の肉とは全然違う冷凍品でペナペナな肉。
今度は単品注文で伺いたいです。

ここしか用意できないと通された後、広いところに変えては貰えましたが、一連の対応はとても良いとは言えませんでした。
また、食べ放題のオーダーも頼んだ通り来ない、スタッフの言葉遣いも接客とは言えないものでした。久々にこちらの想像を越えてしまうレベルで呆れて何も言わず、苦笑いしか出ませんでした。
職場の上司との久々の食事で気を遣って事前準備をしたのですが、ミスチョイスだったと反省した利用となりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人と6人で来店、お座敷席で食事しました。店員さんに網交換頼もうと呼び出しした所。柱に手をかけてだるそうに対応されました。同伴者も「何あの店員…」「あからさまに嫌そうな態度するじゃん…」と不評。お肉は脂身が多くて、少し食べたら満足できるので安く済みます。
料理は美味しいです。
