★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんかサービスが良くないように感じるんだよなぁ・・。前回もここで買って、今回も訳あってここで買ったんだけど、前回に比べて買うときのサービス品がほとんどなし。一年点検の時はカレンダーくれない。んー、今回の不祥事についてもなんか他人事のような口調に感じた。不祥事にもかかわらず売上か好調だからかな？ずっとスバル車だったけど次は考えちゃうなぁ・・。
I feel that the service is not good. I bought it here last time, and I bought it here for some reason this time, but there are almost no service items when I buy it compared to the last time. I don't get a calendar for the one-year inspection. Hmmm, I felt that this scandal was like someone else's. Is it because sales are strong despite the misconduct? スタッフの方々の素敵な笑顔にお出迎えされ、また行きたいと思えるショールームでした。
The atmosphere in the store was good.
We were greeted by the wonderful smiles of the staff, and it was a showroom that we wanted to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チョーかっこいいBRZ⁉️展示してありました。仙台モーターショーのコンセプトカーらしいですよ。店内も広々フリードリンクに変わって綺麗になり、居心地良かったです。スタッフさんも走り回って忙しそうでしたが…気持ちのいい応対でした。
It was a very cool BRZ⁉️ exhibit. It seems to be a concept car at the Sendai Motor Show. The inside of the store was nice and comfortable as it changed to a spacious free drink. The staff seemed to be busy running around, but ... it was a pleasant reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分でブレーキキャリパーの整備するために、元から固かったボルトを緩めてもらうように依頼しな行きました。
ボルトが損傷してしまう恐れがあるためにできないとの回答でした。
更に、緩めるとバンジョーボルトのガスケットとバンジョーが曲がるので予備部品を購入した方が良いとのアドバイスらしきものをいただきましたが、当方は整備員ですので、バンジョーが曲がるほどの力を加えません。余計な買い物をさせられるところでした。
スバルディーラーでボルトが損傷するから緩められないって、他にどこでできるんですか？整備能力が相当低いと思料します。それとバンジョーが曲がらない様に注意するわけでもなく、予備部品の購入を薦めるとかどれだけ商売優先なのですか？
ここで車検とかお世話になっている方は、もうここには行かない方が良いと思います。ぼったくりされているかもしれませんよ？

If you are indebted to the car inspection here, I think it is better not to go here anymore. You may have been rip-off, right?

The staff is kind. You don't have to worry about drinks on your own, and there are plenty of manga and magazines, so you can wait for inspection in no time.
