河	河田雅晴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西武池袋線の保谷駅南口に店を出してもう結構長くやっている、このエリアではすっかりお馴染みになったお店です。チェーン店系の中華料理屋さんだからアチコチで見掛けますよね。しかし、厨房に立つ人が違うと料理の味も変わります。保谷店の料理人さん、かなりいいカンジの腕をお持ちの様で、今までに色々食べたけれど、どれも全部おいしい。不定期に変わる新しいメニューや期間限定のメニューは毎回行くたびにチェックして吉。普段とは異なる味を楽しめるからです。ごはん系やラーメン系は「主食」だが、ギョウザを始めとするサイドメニューも気にしておかないと損をする。一品料理の「レバニラ炒め」や「ホルモンの味噌炒め」では量が多い人も多いので、ここは「ジャストサイズシリーズ」におまかせ。若干の割高感は否めないが、一人か二人で行く場合はこのサイズが丁度良い量だ。悩んでなんかいないでバンバン注文をするべし！何を注文してもおいしいので、食後の満足度が上がります。店に入ると元気な店員さんに出迎えられる。料理が出て来る時間はお客さんの混み方次第で、これは仕方ないでしょう。値段は極普通な、町の中華料理屋さんとしては標準的な値段ではないでしょうか。味と量を考えたら、文句は出ないと思われます。無言で会計する人も多いけれど、一言「ごちそうさま」っと言うだけで、「ありがとうございました」の元気さと、それを言う人数が違う。気持ち良く最後をシメたいものです。 The store has been open for a long time at the south exit of Hoya Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, and it has become quite familiar in this area.
