しかし、開店から早2カ月
味が急激に落ちてしまった。
米はべちゃべちゃ、肉は塩辛く、
申し訳ないけど食えないレベルまで落ちてしまった。
やっぱりプレオープン時は本部の方が作ったんだなぁ、美味い!今、バイトかパートか解りませんがそれらの従業員が作ったな?、、、って解る劣化具合。
マズイよ。マズいってこんなに愛してる丼物屋だからこそこれから米の硬さや肉の塩味を改善して頂きたい。
このレビューを会社は見ているかわかりませんが。今後の期待を込めて星2とさせて頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも美味しいすた丼をありがとうございます!店員さんがみんな一生懸命で笑顔で親切で接客が行き届いています。その辺のファミレスなんかよりサービスがいいです。
Thank you for always delicious rice bowl! All the staff are working hard, smiling, kind and welcoming. The service is better than the family restaurant in that area.

イートインでの喫食を強くオススメします。

このお店の基準が分からないが
第一印象は普通に不味いです。
ニンニクと醤油の味が濃すぎて
肉の味がしない。
ご飯はべちゃべちゃで最悪ですね。
多分、2年も経たずに潰れるよ。

ベチョベチョの粘土みたいなお米が出てくるので、はっきり言っておいしくないです。
すぐ近くにあるやよい軒もペースト状に近いベチョベチョご飯を出してるので、なにか理由があるんでしょうか?
近隣のマンション住民に高齢者が多いのでそのための配慮?
「お米を食べてもらいたくて通常よりも大盛りで提供~」みたいな文言が書いてあるので、お米の質には自信があるのかもしれませんが、炊き加減が良くないので、全てが台無しになっています。
店の周りにはご飯モノを出す店もたくさんあるし、最近では駅前に唐揚げ屋さんもできて、お客さんを取り合ってる状態かと思いますが、おいしくないお米を出すどんぶり屋さんに行く意味は正直言ってまったくないですね。
もの珍しい業態なので、私も釣られて何回か買ってみましたが、食べてみて「あぁ〜……」と、お金の無駄遣いをした事をあとから悟るくらいなら、おとなしく松屋とか松のやに行ったほうが良いかと思います。
ここのテナントに入る店は毎回おいしくない店ばっかりなので、なにか呪いでもかかってるんじゃなかろうか?笑
お肉の味付けは他のどんぶり屋さんにない独自路線で悪くないので、ここで"すたみな肉"を買って、松屋か松のやでごはんを買って、持って帰ってからどんぶりを作るのが正しい利用方法かと思います。
