スポンジが美味しいと口コミがありますがクリスマスで作り置きだったのかパサパサで｢美味しい｣とわざわざ感想を述べるものではありませんでした。むしろこの時期でも隣駅の某ケーキ屋の方がしっとりしていて美味しいです。カットケーキはコージーコーナーの1/2～2/3程度のサイズで450円前後です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りかかったところ店員の超かわいいお姉さんがお店から出てきたところでドアを開けて待っていただいたので入ってみました。店内でイートインあるのかと思いましたがないとの事。なので実力分かりそうなマドレーヌとシュークリームとチョコのやつ、ロールケーキをチョイス。マドレーヌはしっとりとしてなかなかにオリジナルな感じで塩味が絶妙。チョコのアロヨもテリ最高。産地がいいんだと思うけどいい感じに苦み&酸っぱいのバランスで感じで良い。チョコは産地がだいじす。シュークリームもその場でクリーム詰めてくれぎっしりというのは素人目線ですが、良いですね。クッキー生地っぽいカリカリな生地にクリーム自体もカスタードが独特で濃くて良いです。栗のロールケーキも生クリームと栗のクリームが最高。全体的に甘味が抑えられて素材の旨味を引き出していてレベル高め。オススメです。

今回はタルトタタンを買ってみました！
リンゴは甘酸っぱく仕上がってて、タルト部分はしっかり硬めに仕上がっててめっちゃ美味しかったです！

行徳周辺の個人店のケーキ屋さんはケーキが小さく価格も高いものが多いのですが、ここはクオリティが高くて値段も見合っています。
季節のケーキやシュークリームなど色々買いましたが、何を食べても美味しいです。お土産にしても喜ばれると思います。
