かなりアットホームなお店で常連さんが多い印象です。 大将も話しやすい ネタの種類は豊富ではないものの、どれも味が美味しいから飽きないしとても楽しめる 2人で2万円でした!安い!

握りのコースが高い方でも2,000円台と格安だが、中トロ、うに、いくらありとしっかりした内容。 (このあたりの寿司屋としては当然だろうが)豊洲で仕入れられた新鮮なネタ。 あまりこういう個人の店に慣れていない一見さんには少し入りにくい雰囲気があるかもしれないが、大将は気持ちのいい人なので一度入ってしまえばなんということはない。 ふらっと寿司をつまみたいときに重宝する町の寿司屋さん。 アルコール解禁が待ち遠しい。

味もコスパも素晴らしい知られざる名店。 最初に頂いたヒラメの刺身の美味さで「当たり」を確信した。身の締まりも良く、噛んだ時に口の中に広がる甘みと旨味も豊か。(ああこれだ、私が好きなヒラメは)そう期待に胸を膨らませつつ握りを注文。いきなりトロが出てきた時は(順番がおかしくないか?)と訝しんだのも束の間、写真を撮る事も忘れてひたすら食べ続けていた。 所謂「仕事」を加えたネタはほぼ無く、素材の味だけで勝負する力推しの構成であったが、これがなかなか美味い。大将の手捌きも鮮やかで、食べるより早く握りが出て来るほどである。 一人前平らげた後も名残惜しくて追加したシメ鯖がまた美味い。爽やかかつキツくない絶妙な酢加減にバッテラ昆布の旨味。石川の名店「太平寿し」を思い出す味だ。 これだけ満足させて頂いたのだ、優に諭吉は超えたなと覚悟していたがまさかの7千円台。勿論単価1万5000円〜の高級店には劣るが、このお値段でこの味ならコスパは上々だ。 新聞で取り上げられた事はあるもののネットでは無名、大将は「あまり忙し過ぎるのも嫌いなので」と笑っていらしたが、こんな名店が繁盛していないのは勿体ない。レビュアーの存在意義にかけて宣伝させて頂く。
