J	John Scatman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「辛口甲斐姫」という油そば？が看板メニューのこぢんまりとしたラーメン屋さん。辛口カイは辛さが選べ、３辛まで値段は変わらない。１辛だと辛いのが苦手な人でも食べられる程度の辛さ。醤油ラーメンは魚介系スープでコクがあり、かといってコッテリしているわけではなく美味しい。どちらも味は期待以上だった。水餃子もタレの味が良くいくらでもたべられそうな程美味い。駐車場が無いのが残念。 Abura soba called "Dry Kaihime"? K	Koo Emmies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秩父鉄道　行田市駅近くのラーメン屋さん。私は今回２度目、ランチでお邪魔しました。行田市は、忍城や足袋蔵、そしてさきたま古墳公園等がある、隠れた？観光スポットとしてとても魅力的だと思います。JRの通過を拒んだ歴史があるようで、秩父鉄道しか通っていないため、街全体の衰退傾向は否めないですが、それがまた街の味わいを増しているとも言えます。さて、「よろづ屋」さんのランチタイムは、店主が独りで全てのオペレーションをやられていることもあり、５アイテムくらいしかありません。売りは塩ラーメンのようなので前回はそれを、今回は醤油ラーメンをいただきました。いずれもとても丁寧に作られた繊細なラーメンという印象で、澄んだスープと細めのストレート麺、上品ながらしっかりした味わいの正統派ラーメンで、「オーソドックスながら、美味しいラーメンが食べたい」という時に最適です。麻辣系の激辛アイテムもあるようですが、私は激辛な苦手なので手を伸ばしていません。こじんまりとして落ち着いた店内の作りですが、夜には居酒屋営業もやられているようです。先ずは、昼時に行田市駅近辺に行かれる際には、こちらで美味しいラーメンを召し上がってください。 A ramen shop near Gyodashi Station on the Chichibu Railway.
