★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A2プレミアムクラスを借りました車は綺麗で（小傷はありますが）整備状態も良いと思います。禁煙車しかないので喫煙する方はちょっと困るかもしれません。
店の感じはとても良いです。
 I rented an A2 premium class car and I think it is in good condition (although there are small scratches). There are only non-smoking cars, so smoking may be a bit of a problem.
The store feels very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用してから1時間もしないで故障して高速道路右車線ど真ん中で動かなくなり電話しても保証会社の方に連絡してくれと言われるだけ。
そっちに電話しても結果どーにもならずもう一度ガッツレンタカーに電話しても同じ事の繰り返しでたらい回し。
こっちは高速道路右車線しかもトンネル内で死にかけてるのに適当な対応に保身に走ってばかりでなにもしてくれない。
牽引ロープもないしそもそも工具が一つも積んでない。
安くても最低限しないといけない事はしないとダメなんじゃないですか？
2度と使わない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンした時からこのガッツレンタカー石神井公園店を使わせて頂いてますが、最近口コミを拝見致しまして、あまりにも腹立たしいので書かせて貰いますが、このお店は、ちゃんとお店のルールを守って使う人には、普通のお店です。
ルールを守れない人が自分の事を棚に上げて書き込みしてるようにしか思えません。
客を客だと思ってないじゃなく、自分は客だから偉いからルールを逸脱してもいいと思っている人の書き込みにしか思えない。
お客様は神様なんて時代は終わってますよ。
嫌なら借りなきゃいいと思うし、客は、店を選べるが、お店は客を選べないのだからルール逸脱した人間には貸さないって言うのが一般常識ですよね？
ルールを守れないならそんなのは、客じゃないと思いますね。
客面するならルール守ってからにしないとだめだと思います。
この口コミ見てると最近本当に自分は悪くないと思って書いてると思われる人が多数見受けられますが、本当に自分が悪くないのか考えてと切に願う古巣の客よりからでした。
追伸
借りる人は、ちゃんとルールを守って欲しい。
そしたら店長・店員さん皆さんが気持ちよく借りれると思います。
信頼関係できれば、ルール内での多少の無理難題には答えてくれると思いますよ。

安いのが売り営業時間が19時迄しかやってないのが難点。
それ以外は結構いいと思う。

店員さんも気さくで話しやすいです。またちょくちょく利用させていただきます。
I use it from time to time. It's cheap and the car is cleaner than I expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クルマはもちろん整備点検されているのでしょうが、アクセル踏み込んでも空ぶかしのような音がするばかりでなかなか加速せず。走行中ずっと、エンジンからなのか 昨今聞いたことのない異音が。老馬がゼイゼイ言っているような感じで、大丈夫？頑張ってねと言いたくなった。それでいてガソリンは食うのか、燃費も8km以下の換算でした。駅チカな点はありがたかったです
