★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マシンジムが広くて、スタッフさんがトレーニング方法などを親切に教えてくれるので良いです。ジムエリアにWi-Fiも飛んでます。
スタジオプログラムも初心者が参加しやすいものが多く、ホットヨガもあるので嬉しい。
 The machine gym is large and the staff kindly teaches you how to train, which is good. Wi-Fi is also flying to the gym area.
Many studio programs are easy for beginners to participate in, and I am happy that there is also hot yoga.

スタッフの人たちはとてもいい人でフレンドリーです。
フィットネスエリアに芝生エリアがあります。そこではミニレッスンやストレッチが出来、広々しています。
ダメな所(*_*)
ジャグジーはプールエリアにあるので水着がないとは入れません。
お風呂目的で利用するのは難しいかも。
サウナありますが水風呂は無いです。
Good place (^.^)
The staff are very nice and friendly.
There is a grass area in the fitness area. There are mini-lessons and stretching, and it is spacious.
Bad place (*_*)
The jacuzzi is in the pool area so you can't enter without a swimsuit.
It may be difficult to use for bath purposes.
There is a sauna but no bath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 練馬高野台から転籍したけど練馬高野台の方がジムのマシンも新しかったし、ストレッチ出来るエリアも充実していたし、スタッフも親切だった。
I transferred from Nerima Takanodai, but Nerima Takanodai had a newer gym machine, a lot of stretchable areas, and the staff were kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近ダンベルの数が増えたのが嬉しいのですが、相変わらずラットプルのパラレルバーやケーブルクロスオーバー、ケーブルローイングがない事が不満なので星3止まりです。
I'm happy that the number of dumbbells has increased recently, but I'm still dissatisfied with the lack of lat-pull parallel bars, cable crossovers, and cable rowing, so it's only 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スイミングスクールに子供を通わせています。公式サイトに見当たりませんが、初回にカバンやメダルケースの様なものを強制的に買わされます(金額も中々のものです)
そして新サービス導入と称して強制的に値上げもされます。
とてもオススメできる店ではありません。
I send my child to a swimming school. I can't find it on the official website, but I'm forced to buy something like a bag or medal case for the first time (the amount is also medium)
And the price will be forcibly raised in the name of introducing a new service.
It is not a highly recommended store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここはお風呂なくてシャワーだけですが、女子風呂のサウナに行くといつも常連大勢が大声でペチャクチャずーっとおしゃべりしていて、サウナに入るのが気持ち悪くて嫌ですコロナの時期なのに。
スタジオプログラムのダンスで、初めて参加でも、毎回途中フリを省略して踊ってくれない男性インストラクターが1人いる。インストラクターなんだから手抜きせずにちゃんと一つ一つフリを丁寧に教えてほしいので毎回不満です！！
I don't have a bath here, just a shower, but when I go to the sauna for girls' baths, a lot of regulars are always chatting loudly, and I don't like going into the sauna, even though it's Corona.
There is one male instructor who does not dance without pretending to dance every time even if he participates in the dance of the studio program for the first time. I'm an instructor, so I'm dissatisfied every time because I want you to teach me the pretense one by one without cutting corners! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富士見台よりも人数少なめで、施設が新しくてキレイ！プールも広目で何より明るくて良いです。
The number of people is smaller than that of Fujimidai, and the facilities are new and beautiful! The pool is wide and brighter than anything else.
