はじめてでも自分の悩みを打ち明けやすくて信頼関係も早く築けるような人間性のある方だと思います。カラダとココロのケアも含めてしていただきました。些細なことでも対応してくれるところがとても嬉しかったです。

オーナーも話しやすい雰囲気なので、会話を楽しみながらトレーニングが出来て、とても満足でした！
またキッズスペースがあるので、小さい子供も連れて行けて助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてのパーソナルジム。パーソナルトレーニングは食事制限が大変だと思っていたので、私にできるかな？と不安を抱えたまま、オーナーさんに体験とカウンセリングを受けました。結果、その不安はなくなり、考え方一つで、食事制限も無理なく出来ると思いました。オーナーの方もとても親切で、ちょっとした疑問にも答えてくれました。
またカウンセリング時は、日常の悩み等も聞いて下さるとの事でしたので、身体だけじゃなく心もケアしてくれる場所だと感じました。

As a result, I no longer felt anxious and thought that I could easily control my diet with just one idea. The owner was also very kind and answered a few questions.

普段、腰痛、肩こりがあるときは"整体"に、
体を動かしてスッキリしたいときは"ヨガ"に、
悩みを整理したいときは"カウンセリング"に、
と目的や用途に合わせて、行く場所を変えていますが、
このパーソナルジムに行けば、
ストレッチ＋骨盤矯正(←そのまま眠ってしまいたいほど気持ちいい)
&その人個人に合わせたトレーニング(←穏やかな口調で結構スパルタ)
&悩みがあるときは話を聞いてくれる(←全肯定してくれます)
と、全てを一度に叶えることができると思います。
健やかに生きるには、自転車の両輪のようにカラダとココロの両方を整えていかないといけないんだな〜、と体験を通して感じました。そして、KARAROさんなら、総合的に女性のなりたい姿へのプロデュースのお手伝いをしてくれると思います。もしかして、ジムの名前は、KARADA(からだ)+KOKORO(こころ)でKARAROというのかなー？
トレーニングウェアを選べたり、トレーニング後においしいプロテインドリンクをいただけたり、黒を基調としたオシャレな空間で特別な気分を味わえました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく綺麗なとても落ち着いた施設で、気持ちよくトレーニングを受けられます。女性らしさを重視したプログラムを組んでいただき、苦しい一歩手前のちょうどいい負荷を適切な場所にかけてくださり、適度な筋肉痛でしっかりと効果が出ていることがわかります。プロテインが付いているコースなので毎回とても美味しく体もお肌も喜びます。手ぶらで通えるのも魅力です。とてもおすすめです。

You can see that the program puts emphasis on femininity, puts the right load just before the painful point on the right place, and the effect is firmly exerted with moderate muscle aches. It's a course with protein, so every time it's delicious and your body and skin will be delighted. It is also attractive to be able to go by hand. I highly recommend it.

普段あまり運動をしていないので不安もあったのですが、トレーニングウェアもお借りすることができ開始前から安心感がありました。
そして身体の具合を見てくださったあと無理なくスタート。ハードなトレーニングかと思っていましたが、自分の身体と向き合うようなストレッチに始まり、少しずつ負荷をかけていくトレーニングは非常に安心感がありました。
館内は間接照明を使ったお洒落な空間ではじめてでもリラックスでき、パウダールームはアメニティも豊富で女性の気持ちをよく汲み取られていました。
なによりしっかりカウンセリングをしてくださるので、オーダーメイドのトレーニングが受けられます。
話を受け止めてくださるオーナーさんのお人柄がとっても良く無理なく通えそうだと思いました。

サロンの雰囲気がとてもおしゃれで、それだけで気分が上がります。キッズスペースもあり、子連れで行けるのが本当にありがたいです。1歳の子が毎回楽しく遊ばせていただいて、スクリーンで「おかあさんといっしょ」などを流してくださるので、トレーニング中楽しそうに踊っています（笑）
トレーニングは、毎回違った内容でしてくださるのと、トレーナーの方が褒め上手なので、楽しくトレーニングができます。
また、メンタル面も支えてくださるので、自分に自信のない私ですが、「頑張ろう」と思えます！
これからも続けていきたいと思います。
