質問にも明確に答えてくれるので信頼度は高いです。契約書には退去費用に関して国交省のガイドラインが添付されており安心感あります。
自分が契約した物件は、退去費用の特約のクリーニングについては見積りベースになるので相場の確認はした方が安心かとおもいます。
