初診でしたが事前にホームページを見るとWEB予約を取り入れていたので、WEBから予約しました。他の患者さんもそうなのか分かりませんが混んではいませんでした。新しいらしく待合室も綺麗で清潔感が有りました。問診票を書いたら直ぐに診察に呼ばれ、診察室に入ると先生が立って挨拶してくれました。今までで初めてです。診察も丁寧で、気になる事を質問すると、丁寧に返してくれて、ほかに質問は有りますか？と聞いてくれます。受付の方も丁寧です。これを書いている時点で4日程しか経過していないので、治療についてはまだ分かりませんが、星4つ付けさせて頂きます。

At the time of writing this, only about 4 days have passed, so I don't know about the treatment yet, but I will give you 4 stars.

診察室に入るとき、出ていくとき、必ず先生が立ち上がって挨拶してくれますし、質問もしやすいです。
気になる点としては、小さい病院なので仕方ないのでしょうが、検尿カップはトイレの個室から出て、ロビーで提出しないといけないのでそれが嫌でした。簡易的なものでも構わないので、仕切りがあると心理的に嬉しいなと思います。
あとは手洗い場がトイレにないので、トイレの内側の扉は未洗浄の手で触れるのが嫌でした。
施設は全体的にきれいで、抗生物質程度なら調剤薬局にわざわざ行かなくても、窓口で直接処方してくれるのがありがたかったです。

The point I'm worried about is that it's a small hospital, so it can't be helped, but I didn't like it because I had to get out of the private room of the toilet and submit it in the lobby. It doesn't matter if it's simple, so I'm psychologically happy if there is a partition.
Also, since there is no washroom in the toilet, I didn't want to touch the door inside the toilet with unwashed hands.
The facility is clean overall, and I was grateful that if it was about antibiotics, it would be prescribed directly at the counter without having to go to the dispensing pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30代の若い院長先生は終始笑顔で明るく爽やかで好感度抜群です。患者の立場に立った親身で分かりやすい話をしてくれます。何より衝撃だったのは診察室に入ると院長が先に立って患者に挨拶、出る時も起立で送ってくれます。今まで何十人とお医者さんにお世話になりましたが、上から目線の人物が圧倒的多数の中、初めての体験でした。それがこの医院の全てを物語っていると思います。スタッフの方々も感じがいいのは、きっとリーダーの姿勢から始まっているんですね。病気のことを一時忘れてしまうぐらい感動しました。こういう若い世代の医師が地域医療を変えていって欲しいと願います。星10個です。

I have been taken care of by dozens of doctors so far, but it was my first experience among the overwhelming majority of people looking from above. I think that tells the whole story of this clinic. I'm sure that the staff members feel good because of the attitude of the leader. I was so impressed that I forgot about my illness. I hope that these younger generations of doctors will change community medicine. It is 10 stars.
