★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い物件は家賃を下げたほうが良いと思う。それかペット可にしたら入居者が増えると思う。20年以上経つのに家賃が同じなのは不思議、普通下がって行くのに。更新料、取られるのも、いまいち❗大家さんは良いけど不動産屋は進めない❗ペット可を増やすべき❗
I think it is better to lower the rent for old properties. Or if pets are allowed, the number of residents will increase. It's strange that the rent is the same after more than 20 years, though it usually goes down. Renewal fee is not good enough ❗ Landlord is good but real estate agent can not proceed ❗ Pets should be increased ❗
