★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ナースに当たり外れがあります。いくら忙しいとはいえ接遇は大事だと思います。脱毛する際、自己処理が難しいパーツの剃り残し等あれば適宜対応してくださるのですが、前回は一切その対応もなく照射されて驚きました。何かシステムに変更があったのでしょうか。生えているところには安全上照射されていないと思いますので損をした気分になりました。（予約もとりづらいので余計に）

ナースや受付の人に当たり外れがあります。
あとは予約が取れなすぎる、予約しててもかなり待つ、など時間のロスが多いです。
患者が多く、イライラが募るのはわかりますが、一人への不満が病院全体への不満に繋がるので注意された方がいいと思います。

いつも脇の脱毛を予約なしで伺いますが
すぐに呼んで頂けるのでとても有り難いです。
美容診療ではスピーディーに診療していただけますし、要らないサプリや施術を無理に押し付けられることもないのでとても心地いいです(^^)
こちらの我儘ですが、医療脱毛はもう少し予約が取りやすい方が有り難いです(TT)

他美容クリニックでヒアルロン酸の施術をしていただいた時だと、ヒアルロン酸くらいのプチ整形は
大体が看護師さんのカウンセリングでした。
施術直前に、やっと先生が、こことここに入れていくね〜というような流れでしたので、山本先生のようにヒアルロン酸でもこんなに時間をかけていただける事に驚き、嬉しかったです。
費用面も、他院さんでは30万程見ておいて、と言われた内容も半額以下で受けることができ(勿論個人差はあると思います)、部位にあったコスパのいいメニューにして下さいました。注射も、鏡で見ながら入れて欲しいところ言ってね、と希望通りになるよう気にかけて下さり、カウンセリング、施術、費用面、とっても気に入りました。
看護師さんや受付の方の対応も良く家族にも勧めたいですし、また行こうと予定しております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもお世話になっております。予約は取りにくいですが、待ってでも行く価値のある病院だと思っています。
最近の受付の方は、皆さん感じがよく、皆さんが言われてる方はもういらっしゃらないのではないかと思います。(多分ですが)
先生は忙しそうなのであまりゆっくり話ができないことが多いです。
施術をしてくださる看護婦さんは、前からおられた方はいつも親切で話しやすいです。
最近の方なのかはハッキリ分かりませんが、中には厳しい物言いの方もおられますが、忙しいので仕方ないですね。
この度口コミを書かせてもらいましたのは、感染症対策は大丈夫なのかな？と心配になった点です。
待合はこんな時期でも人がたくさんおられます。希望があれば車で待てると言われ、先日は車で待たせていただいたのですが、待合でクラスターになるようなことがあれば先生や施術者にもうつるでしょうし、人数制限や県外者への制限などはされる予定なのでしょうか？
病院とはいえエステのような感覚でこられてる方が多いでしょうから、もう少し安心して行けるようにして頂きたいなと思い、少し星を減らさせていただきました。
