山	山田太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しい建物、清潔で広い店内、お手洗いも綺麗です。東川口の場所柄、ファミリーカーを探すときにすぐ選択肢に入るお店だと思います。子供を遊ばせるスペースもありますし、珈琲を出してもらってリラックスした雰囲気で車選びができます。スタッフさんも若い方が多く若いファミリー層は話も合うかと。車自体は購入後も大きなトラブルもなく一定の水準だと思います。購入時の決め手は洗車サービスだったのですがセールストークなのか毎週１００円で洗車に来られるお客様もいらっしゃいます！というのは実は月１回だったりそのうち洗車担当の人が居ないとかでそのサービス自体無くなってしまったり。この辺のコストを考えてたんですが結局自分で洗車です。オーナーズカードが泣いてます。他にも、バッテリーがもし上がってしまっても近所なのですぐ駆けつけます！これも嘘で電話連絡しても来ません。通常のフローで自分で業者を呼んで対応。車検に関してもガリバー指定のところを利用しなければ１０年保障がはずれます。これはまぁ承知していたのですが車検担当する業者がいけない。戻ってきた車が微妙な状態に。ここが最大のネックです。商品を選んで買うまでは良いんですが購入後の体験は残念でした。セールスする方にも依存するところなんでしょうけど、恐らくほとんどの方は満足すると思いますが次はどうしようかな The new building, clean and spacious interior, and the restroom are also beautiful.
