ヤマト運輸の直営センターではなく、委託業者です。 正規送料に比較して約2割ほど割高の独自料金を徴収しています。委託業者ですので、大口割引料金でヤマト運輸と契約しているにも関わらず、です。 空港内のローソンからゆうパックで発送されることをお勧めします。
It is not a Yamato Transport direct management center, but a contractor. About 20% more expensive than the regular shipping fee is collected. Since I am a contractor, I have contracted with Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. at a large discount rate. We recommend that you use Yu-Pack to ship from Lawson at the airport.

一度利用したが、信じられないくらいサービスが悪い。タメ口で話されたしめんどくさそうに接客されました。他のヤマトカウンターかコンビニでの発送をお勧めします。
I used it once, but the service is incredibly poor. I was treated to a customer who seemed to be annoyed when I was spoken with a tame mouth. We recommend shipping at other Yamato counters or convenience stores.

Awful service!!! And more awful customer atention!!! They didn't delivered my bagagge on time (in fact I'm still waiting) because they didn't find the address (they don't know something called google maps) and they don't call to foreign phone numbers (as a tourist you can't have a japanese number). I had to come back to the aerport to complain because nobody answer the phone. The guy from GPA at Narita Aerport was telling me that it's not their problem, it's the delivery transport company that it's another one... I had to tell him that I PAID the service with them, not to the truck guy... Thats the exellent japanese service??? STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

A huge saver when you brought a big hulking luggage at Narita. The process is very simple and quick. Just filled out a form with your name and destination, and paid the fee. The luggage will be delivered the next day. Will use their service again on my next trip!
