About 20% more expensive than the regular shipping fee is collected. Since I am a contractor, I have contracted with Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. at a large discount rate. I was treated to a customer who seemed to be annoyed when I was spoken with a tame mouth. We recommend shipping at other Yamato counters or convenience stores.

They didn't delivered my bagagge on time (in fact I'm still waiting) because they didn't find the address (they don't know something called google maps) and they don't call to foreign phone numbers (as a tourist you can't have a japanese number). I had to come back to the aerport to complain because nobody answer the phone. The guy from GPA at Narita Aerport was telling me that it's not their problem, it's the delivery transport company that it's another one... I had to tell him that I PAID the service with them, not to the truck guy... Thats the exellent japanese service??? STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
D	Dian Nusantari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge saver when you brought a big hulking luggage at Narita. The process is very simple and quick. Just filled out a form with your name and destination, and paid the fee. The luggage will be delivered the next day. Will use their service again on my next trip!
