★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで、特養や老健を10件以上見学にいった中で、この緑風会の老健は対応が最悪だった。
施設内見学は、通路というか廊下で話をされた。
各部屋の中は見せてもらえず、ベッドとベッドの間は、どのくらい離れているかは、外から確認出来たにすぎない。かなり狭い感じだった。
バスルームも、お願いしても見せてもらえず、話だけで終わった。
特に相談員の対応に驚いたのは、「2人部屋はどこですか？」と聞いたのだが、どこなのか分からないのだ。私が案内板の地図をみて、ようやく判明した。
しかもこの相談員は、入所者に全く声をかけない。他の施設だと相談員が気軽に声をかけ、入所者も気軽に応じるのを、よく見かけた。
この相談員は入所者·患者と、全くコミュニケーションが取れていないとみえた。
こんな施設に私の父は絶対入れたくないと思った。
So far, I have visited more than 10 special nursing care facilities and LTCF, but the response of LTCF was the worst.
The tour of the facility was talked about in the corridor rather than the passage.
I couldn't see the inside of each room, and I could only see from the outside how far the beds were between the beds. It was pretty narrow.
The bathroom wasn't shown even if I asked, and it was just a story.
I was particularly surprised by the counselor's response when I asked, "Where is the double room?", But I don't know where it is. I looked at the map on the information board and finally found out.
Moreover, this counselor does not speak to the residents at all. I often saw counselors casually calling out to other facilities and residents to respond casually.
This counselor seemed to have no communication with the residents / patients.
My dad never wanted to enter such a facility.
