★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クロスバイクを買ってそろそろ一年。人事異動とか多いみたいで、店員さんがよく変わる。馴れ親しんだ人がいなくなるのは微妙ですが、変わった人も基本的に親切な方ばかりなので特に問題はないですね。

悪くなった部分を直してもらうため、15分程度の確認で、見積もりをしてもらい、作業をしてもらいました(4時間程度)。
予定していた引取時間よりも少し早く作業終了の連絡もあり、引取時に直した箇所や注視する部分(すべてキレイに直したわけでなく見送った部分もあったため)も丁寧に教えていただけたので良かったです。
自転車なので自転車で来ることが基本だと思いますが、乗れなくなったなどで車で自転車を持ってくる場合は、駐車場がなく店の前に車を停車させて自転車を下ろす必要があり、少し注意が必要です。
