Y	Yuri Higashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵新城から徒歩15分ほどにある昔ながらのトンカツ屋さん。とにかく美味しいの一言である。注文したのはヒレカツ定食で連れはロースカツ定食。ヒレカツは外はザクザク中はミディアムレアでとても柔らかく、ソースとの相性も抜群で、食べる順番を指定するほどこだわりある事を感じた。ロースも衣がザクザクなのはもちろん、ロース肉特有の脂身は全くクドさを感じることがなく、甘みが感じられて、スパシーなソースとの相性はヒレ以上である。お肉にこだわりがあるのはもちろん、お味噌汁も出汁がしっかりとでておりお味噌汁だけでもご飯食べられる美味しさであった。ほんの少しだけ好みをいうと、ご飯の柔らかさを気持ちもう少し硬くしていただくと私の個人的な好みとドンピシャであった。その部分を差し引いても非常に満足できるお店だったので次回行く時には蟹クリームコロッケを注文しようと思います。是非一度足を運んでみてください！ A traditional pork cutlet shop located about a 15-minute walk from Musashi-Shinjo. 佐	佐々木力 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんかつ後藤さんでランチ。初入店です。場所は中原街道沿い、武蔵新から15分位。カウンター席、テーブル、座敷有り中は結構広くです。パーティションも設置されておりコロナ対策もされてます。とんかつ定食、連れはかにクリームコロッケ定食を注文してシェア。とんかつ定食は1000円に少し値上がりした様です。カツは柔らかく、かにクリームコロッケも美味しかったです。ご飯とナメコの味噌汁も美味しかった。 (ご飯のお代わりは1杯目無料)。ボリュームは少なめ、女性にはちょうどいいかな。次は夜に色々頼んでみたいです。テイクアウトもやってます。 paypay使えました。ごちそうさまでした。
