揚げたてで、ころもサクサクでした。キャベツ、味噌汁がおかわり自由☺️ごはんは一杯おかわりができるそうです。口直しのアイスキャンディは夏はよさそうですね☺️。この時期は寒いので何か違うものの方がよさそうですね?
First visit. I'm glad there were many kinds of lunch. I ordered an orthodox pork cutlet set meal.
It was freshly fried and crispy. Free refills of cabbage and miso soup ☺️ It seems that you can refill a cup of rice. The popsicles that have been retouched look good in summer ☺️. It's cold at this time of year, so something different seems to be better ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんかつしお田に入れなくて、近所でとんかつ屋を探してたら鷺沼にあったので入店してみました。胆沢豚(ロースカツ)を初めて食べましたが、脂が甘くてボリュームもあり満足できました。
ランチ時に行ったので混んでましたが、10分待ちで着席できたのでラッキーでした。
I couldn't enter the Tonkatsu Shiota, and when I was looking for a Tonkatsu restaurant in my neighborhood, I found it in Saginuma, so I entered the store. I ate Borizawa pork (loin cutlet) for the first time, but I was satisfied with the sweet and voluminous fat.
It was crowded because I went there at lunch, but I was lucky because I was able to sit down after waiting 10 minutes.

All of them are delicious, but the minced meat cutlet is excellent. I always order a Menchi-katsu set meal.

テレビに出た赤煉瓦というロースカツを食べてみたかったので、後の予定を考えて控えめにしました。ランチメニューから、人気メニューの「おろしカツ定食」を頼みました。
無難な仕上がりであり、可もなく不可もなくと言った感じでした。
キャベツのおかわりのシステムがあるのか、よくわからなかったので特に確認はしませんでした。
It is a pork cutlet shop in Saginuma.
I wanted to try a loin cutlet called red brick that appeared on TV, so I made it modest considering the future schedule. From the lunch menu, I ordered the popular menu "Grated cutlet set meal".
It was a safe finish, and I felt that it was neither good nor bad.
I wasn't sure if there was a replacement system for cabbage, so I didn't check it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに住んでいたもののなかなか行く機会がなありませんでしたが、ようやく伺うことができました。
ヒレカツ定食をいただきました。
お肉が柔らかく、衣のサクサク感と相まってとにかくおいしい。良い油を使っているからなのか、パン粉にこだわっていらっしゃるのか、職人さんの腕なのか、カツなのに油っぽさをあまり感じないのは不思議な感覚でした。いつの間にか食べ終わっていました。
また、普通のソースはもちろんですが、味噌をベースにしたソースが絶品で、個人的にはこのソースで食べるためだけに来店しても良いかなと思える味でした。
これまでとんかつを食べ歩いてきたわけではなく、高級なとんかつを食べた記憶もないため、比較できるお店は数が限られてしまいますが、大変満足できるお店でした。

The meat is tender and delicious, coupled with the crispy texture of the batter. It was a strange feeling that I didn't feel the oiliness even though it was cutlet, whether it was because I used good oil, I was particular about bread crumbs, or it was the skill of a craftsman. I had finished eating before I knew it.
In addition to the usual sauce, the miso-based sauce is excellent, and I personally thought that it would be okay to come to the store just to eat with this sauce.
I haven't eaten pork cutlet so far, and I don't remember eating high-class pork cutlet, so the number of shops that can be compared is limited, but it was a very satisfying shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 adults and 3 kids ate dinner here on a Saturday evening for 8030 yen.
Everything is in Japanese language, no English.
Offered cold tea and refilled once before meal, hot tea offered at end of meal.
Kids got a little gift bag that had little vegetable character cards. Also offered Popsicles at the end of meal.
Overall pleased with the staff and value for a complete meal (shredded cabbage, a little side veggies, miso soup, white rice, and tonkatsu)
Watch out for the yellow mustard! (it's actually wasabi)
