★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スズメバチの巣とかキジの剥製が展示してありました。建物の柱とかが木で建てられていて木の匂いがいっぱいしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自然環境について見て学べる施設のようです。ビジターセンター施設周辺には自然観察路など遊歩道も余り野鳥.昆虫.季節の草木など観て歩くのに適した良い所でハイキングや森林浴にも良い環境のように思います。
隣にはオートキャンプキャンプ場などの施設などもありますが今の季節は閉鎖中のようです。
ビジターセンターには、道路を挟んだ向かい側に景色の良い広くて綺麗な駐車場が有りセンター入口には、身障者用駐車スペースが有り近くにジュースの自動販売機が有ります。

There are many walking paths such as nature observation paths around the visitor center facilities, so it is a good place to see and walk like birds, insects, seasonal plants, etc. I think that it is a good environment for hiking and forest bathing.
There are facilities such as an auto camp campground next to it, but it seems to be closed this season.
The visitor center has a large and beautiful car park with scenic views across the road. At the entrance of the center there is a parking space for the disabled and a vending machine for juice nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020.11.29、五色台ビジタ−センタ−というよりはそのセンタ−にいたる道、県道の鴨川五色台線の白峯寺手前の場所です。10年程前に坂出の営業所に着任、それ以来5年間加茂町に社宅を借り単身にて赴任しておりましたが、季節ごとに景色を変える坂出の町並みや山並みが、この場所から瀬戸大橋を背景に一目で見て取れることができ、折に触れここに足を運んだものです。雨が降った時に現れる幻の大滝。香川坂出はみかん栽培が有名で周辺の日当たりの良い山々にはみかんの段々畑。そして畑にはブロッコリーや金時人参、小麦や稲の田んぼと四季折々いろいろな彩をこの小高い場所からは楽しむ事が出来ます。そして今の時期何よりも楽しみが、とれたてのみかんの路肩での販売。今日は昨日から販売を開始したとの事で、坂出特産の”小原紅早生”みかんを買ってきました。いつもこのお店を利用しています。今日は天気も良く、讃岐富士や瀬戸大橋も良く見えました。本当に良い場所です｡◕‿◕｡

I arrived at the Sakaide sales office about 10 years ago, and since then I have been renting a company housing in Kamocho for 5 years and have been assigned to work alone, but the townscape and mountains of Sakaide, which change the scenery depending on the season, are seto from this place. You can see it at a glance against the backdrop of Ohashi, and I occasionally visited here. A phantom Otaki that appears when it rains. Kagawa Sakaide is famous for mandarin orange cultivation, and there are terraced fields of mandarin oranges in the surrounding sunny mountains. And in the field, you can enjoy broccoli, Kintoki carrots, wheat and rice fields and various colors from this small high place. And the most enjoyable thing about this time of year is the sale of freshly picked oranges on the shoulder. Today, I heard that it started selling from yesterday, so I bought Sakaide's specialty "Ohara Beni Hayao" mandarin oranges. I always use this shop. The weather was fine today, and I could see Sanuki Fuji and Seto Ohashi. It's a really good place. ◕‿◕.
