初ボタン鍋でよく知らなかったので多少のお肉の臭みは覚悟してたのですが
全く臭みなく、旨味凝縮したお肉でした。
もちろんお野菜も美味しいものばかり。
最後の雑炊はトロトロふわふわ旨味満開で、お腹いっぱいなのに食べれてしまうほどの美味しさ。
お料理だけでも充分満足でしたが、仲居さんが最高で、始終気持ちよくお食事させてもらえました。
お財布に余裕あれば、通いたいです。
