a	ajino sushi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の午後5時過ぎに訪問、近隣の人気店舗が開けていなく心配だったが営業されていた。先客無しで入店、生と焼きセット(特に特は無し)を注文。おかみさんたちがオススメの料理から観光地から諸々お話しいただけ楽しい。おかみさんに酢4、醤油1のタレを作っていただく。餃子はどれも美味で肉汁が多いため飛び散るのを注意(特にジャンボ)。個人的に野菜が一番好き。にんにんと肉の味を一番感じた。マロニエールを、みてきましたと伝えると諸々の写真を見させていただけた。冷凍餃子の販売、ふるさと納税で餃子部門全国二位など、へへ、来年注文しますとお話しし期待している所存。 I visited after 5 pm on weekdays, and I was worried that a popular store in the neighborhood was not open, but it was open. ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末に宇都宮での所用の前に腹ごしらえ。11時の開店15分前に到着で1番乗り！コロナだなぁと思っていたら、開店と同時にわんさかとお客さんが湧いてきて、気づいたら当然のように満席に。流石っすな。外に並んでいる間に『特製肉餃子（410円）』『シソ餃子（360円）』をオーダー。カウンター特等席に陣取り、待つこと10分くらいで到着しましたね。楕円のお皿には綺麗な焼き目の餃子が規則正しく整然と並んでおります。お店のおばちゃんからは「醤油は餃子の味を台無しにするので、少なめにね。ウチのお店では醤油を使う者はいないよ！」と有り難きアドバイスが(^_^;)。そうなのか、その通りにしようかな…。と思いつつも、邪な自分は壁にある「黄金比お酢4 醤油1」の掲示を無視して「お酢5 胡椒3 ラー油1」の謎割合でタレを作り頂きました。肉餃子は肉々しいのに脂っこくなく、肉汁も旨味もたっぷり。こりゃ旨いわ。お店自慢の一品だけの事はありますね。あまり期待していなかったのですが、鮮烈な先制パンチでした。シソ餃子はシソの香りが最高！上質な餡も肉餃子とは全く異なる美味しさ。これなら他の餃子も美味いんだろうな。ハシゴを予定していなければ、全種類喰ってライスも頼めたのですが。会計時、おばちゃんに肉餃子は勿論、シソも最高でしたよと伝えると、でしょ〜！と満面の笑みw。美味しいだけでなく、温かみもある素晴らしいお店です。また来ますね！ Get hungry before you go to Utsunomiya on the weekends. Gyoza is crisp on the outside, very juicy with the soup inside, a bit similar to Soup dumplings. The fillings is savory and mildly sweet. Served in very satisfied portion and in very cheap price.
