★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小袖海岸に立ち寄りのさいに。小袖に向かい海岸線の途中右側、すれ違いでき無い場所が数ヶ所なので要注意、路面は舗装です。二つの滝、落差は同じ位、雰囲気の違いも楽しみです。案内看板は道路には無し、有れば便利。車は楽に10台は可能。説明文が有ればなお。津波避難階段？上がれば雰囲気違う感じだが立ち入り禁止？現場作業用かも。プレハブ小屋工事中は撤去した方が。何よりも隠れた観光地らしさをうしなわずもいい感じ、道路沿いなのでみるべし。滝オーラたっぷり。

90度近い角度の断崖から流れる滝は見応えがありました。
また、滝のすぐ近くまで行けるので水飛沫が気持ち良いです。
右側には流れが穏やかな滝があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海岸線を走る県道の小袖線、北上中、橋が架かっていて少し広くなった場所。左手（西側）に小さな滝が見えます。
しかしながら車を停めて奥へ進むと水量も多く立派な滝があります。こちらが五丈の滝のようです。
