釣り禁止の看板を見かけましたが地元の方など釣り場になっているようです。
Suwa Park has Mitarai and a water fountain.
We saw signboard of fishing prohibition, but seems to be fishing places including local ones.

いつもは愛犬の散歩しながら、ぐるりと回っている。公園は昔からあるが、変な人も多いので、暗いときは行かない、人気も無いから、怖い。
This time I stood up to kill time. A very nice place with a view of the sea.
I usually go around while taking a walk with my dog. The park has been around for a long time, but there are many strange people, so I don't go there when it's dark, and it's not popular, so I'm scared.

堤防や工事中で中々海が見えない中、中心街から徒歩で海を見に行くならここなのかな…？
トイレも駐車場もあるのでゆっくり出来ました。
A park along the coast.
If you can't see the sea in the middle of the embankment or under construction, if you want to see the sea on foot from the city center, is it here?
There was a restroom and a parking lot so I was able to do it slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一応「諏訪緑地公園」の案内板が出ていますが、高い防壁の間に出入口があるので見つけにくいです。
公園内には5台分の駐車スペースがあります。
とても静かで穏やかな場所。
ちょっとお散歩もできます。
For the time being, there is a signboard for "Suwa Ryokuchi Park", but it is hard to find because there is an entrance between high barriers.
There are 5 parking spaces in the park.
A very quiet and peaceful place.
You can take a short walk.
