★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく整備された震災公園みたいですね。周辺にはトイレが有り他は駐車場です。海風が入り涼しい場所みたいですね。
It looks like a newly constructed earthquake park. There are toilets in the vicinity and the others are parking lots. It looks like a cool place with a sea breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園に併設しているテニスコートがありますが、12～3月までは使用不可との事。雪が降って使えないならわかりますが、雪もなくコートが使える状態なら解放してもいいのではと思いました。市民の為の施設なのに融通がきかない所はため息が出ますね。
There is a tennis court attached to the park, but it is said that it can not be used from December to March. I know if it can't be used because it falls, but I thought it would be nice to release it if the coat could be used without snow. A sigh comes out in places where the facility is inflexible for citizens.
