午後15:17分に来店した感想と評価を書かせて頂きます。
男性1名、女性2名の店員さんがおられて
私はお土産としてチョコレートの詰合せパックを購入するにあたり店員さんと慎重に相談させて頂きながら購入させて頂きました。
慎重、丁寧な対応と質問に対して明確でハキハキと答えて頂き総合的な接客マナーの質も確り教育が行き届いてて安心して話ができ来店対応、購入相談、レジ対応、退店時のお客様がお店から出るまでの対応等の接客マナーが確りしていました。
また写真のように商品の梱包、賞味期限の口頭での説明、紙袋が有料である明示と口頭での説明、商品に保冷剤を入れる旨の口頭での説明などもして頂きました。なのでこの評価にさせて頂きました。

いらっしゃいませも無く
店員2人喧嘩してるのか？というぐらいシーンとして
空気が悪い。
5点ほどレジに持っていきお会計の際も
悲しくなるほどいやな態度でした。
ここは家から近くよくいっていたのですが初めて
こんな接客されました。もう二度と行きたくないです。
高いチョコレートを買いに行って、あの態度
呆れます。
嫌なら辞めたら？？？て感じ。
何名かスタッフの態度についてクチコミ書いてるのに
改善しないのもどーかと思うけど。

特に女性の店員さん。
チョコレート自体は好きなので、包装とのしをお願いしましたが小馬鹿にされたような対応をされました。
そんな態度を取られるくらいなら、自分で包装します！と言いたくなるくらい不快でした。
数店舗のGODIVAを利用していますが、賞味期限の案内がなかったのもこちらが初めてです。
