M	MAKOTO TAKEUCHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日夜メニュー初体験。特製GITTONラーメン特盛茹で前500g。乳化系のスープに硬めのゴワモチ平太麺が美味い。ニンニク醤油漬けは匂いもマイルドで食べやすいが二郎系特有の辛味とガツンとくるニンニクの香りが好きな方は物足りないかも。固形背脂が野菜にかかればもっと良いのですが、その辺で星4つ。自宅から歩いて行ける距離だしこれからも通います。昼メニューは醤油、塩のラーメンを食べていますがスープの粘度が物凄くて癖になる豚骨魚介です。後は夜メニューのまぜそばと昼メニューのつけ麺食べないと。チャーシューは昼の方が好みかも。 The first menu experience last night.
