ネ	ネテルヒトー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蓮田のやや駅から離れたラーメン屋さん。駐車場が無いので駅から歩くとちょっと遠い。店内は居抜きなのか変わった配置。客席でない狭いカウンター脇を通り過ぎ奥にテーブル席が3卓、10席程度。店名にもなっているアワトロラーメンを注文。その名に恥じぬ表面の泡々っぷり。スープの味としては豚骨強めの鶏白湯？博多豚骨に近いですが、臭みはほぼ無く泡のおかげで一口目はサラッと飲めます。麺も細硬ストレート麺、替え玉、和え玉ありとシステムなども博多ラーメンちっく。トッピングはシンプルに茹で卵とちらしネギチャーシュー替わりの鶏はむ。卓上調味料や薬味も豊富で8種類程度。ただ、ラベリングされておらず初見だとわかりづらい。美味しいは美味しかったのですがちょっと具がシンプルな割りに値段が高め。 A ramen shop slightly away from Hasuda station. M	Masami Kondo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度目の訪問。頼んだのはデフォルトのアワトロラーメン800円。以前座ったのはカウンターだったが、コロナ対策でカウンター席は座れず奥のテーブル席3卓分のみ。久しぶりのアワトロは好印象。かつては男性店長のワンオペだったので聞いてみたら栃木県小山市の支店に行ってるとのこと。先日新4号国道を走ってた時に見かけたあわとろ斎藤がその店かも。蓮田店にもまた行ってみたいが小山店も行ってみたいもの。 Second visit. Awatro after a long time is a good impression. It used to be a male store manager's one operation, so when I asked him, he said he was going to a branch office in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. The store may be Awatoro Saito, which I saw when I was driving on the new No. 4 national highway the other day. I would like to go to the Hasuda store again, but I also want to go to the Oyama store.
姫	姫路あかし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アワトロラーメン。炙りチーズ丼。コロナの時期でやってなくて何回訪れても入れなかったけどやっとあいてました。あわあわなトンコツラーメンでした。泡がどうこうより純粋に好きなトンコツラーメン。クリーミーでした。チャーシューは、鳥チャーシューでレアな感じもあり。苦手。鳥チャーシューは苦手ですね。。チーズ丼はスープいれないと味が薄かったな。胡椒かけてスープ入れてうましでしたね。 Awatro ramen.
