こ	こんちくわんこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店自体は小中学生向きの店ですが、コスメがいい物ばかりなので利用させて頂いてます。この間、コスメ用品を購入したのですが、ラッピングと袋を頼んだのに袋がついて来ませんでした。(袋代も勿論払いました) レジの後ろに人も並んでいたので、｢まあいいや｣と思い帰りました。おそらくレジの人と梱包してる人が別だったので上手く情報が行き届かなかったのだと思いますが、プレゼント用のアイシャドウを手ぶらで持ち帰る気持ちにもなって欲しかったです… たまに店員さんの愛想が悪い人と良い人と別れる時があるので、なるべく明るく接客をして頂けると星5を限界突破して星7くらいあげたいです。 The store itself is suitable for elementary and junior high school students, but I use it because all the cosmetics are good. F	Funeral Director on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店内にある100円のクレーンゲームを本日私の子供がやっていました。景品BOXを開ける鍵とア◯パンマンの人形がセットに繋がれていてそれをクレーンするというゲームなのですが、クレーンのアームと人形が引っかかってしまい、初期位置に戻っても鍵がアームに引っかかっていた為、店員さんを呼んだところ、鍵が穴に落ちないとダメ。とのことでしたそれならもう少し追加してなんとか鍵を振り落とそうと思っていたところ、こちらの店員はアームに引っかかっていた鍵を初期位置に戻そうとしました。アームに引っかかった際初期位置に戻すなど、プレイする為の規約としては、どこにも記載されていないルールを押しつけてこようとしたため、それはおかしくないですか？こちらから呼びに行かなければ分からなかったことだし、どこにも記載されないない。店として景品を持っていかれたくない。というサービス精神のかけらも感じない態度でした。令和4年の元旦本日に日本国内でここまで【接客】という言葉を知らない人間が働いていることにびっくりしました。 2度とこの店には行きません。 My kid was playing a 100 yen crane game in this store today.
