電話で商品の取り置きをお願いしたら快く引き受けて下さいました。お会計前にちゃんと商品も見せてくれたので、その中でも欲しいものだけを購入する事が出来て、とても楽しくお買い物ができました！ありがとうございます。また行こうと思います。
The atmosphere of the shop is nice and the staff are also good!
When I asked to reserve the product over the phone, I was happy to accept it. I showed me the products before checkout, so I was able to buy only the items I wanted, and I enjoyed shopping! Thank you very much. I will go again.

サイズを確認したところ、袋を開けて合わせてくれる丁寧な店員さんもいました。
今まで利用したほかの店舗はすべてポイントカードが使えたのですが、こちらの店舗は対応していないのはマイナスポイントでした。
接着するタイプのものと穴に通すタイプのものを間違えて購入してしまい、未開封だったため交換をお願いしたのですが、交換はできませんの一点張り。
種類が多くて違いがよくわからずに買ってしまったのも悪いですが、サービスが悪すぎると思います。開封もしていないのに。そんなに売り上げが大事なのでしょうか。もうこの店舗は2度と利用しません。

I was able to use the point card at all other stores I used so far, but it was a minus point that this store does not support.
I purchased the adhesive type and the through-type by mistake and asked for replacement because it was unopened, but I can not replace it.
It's bad that I bought it without knowing the difference because there are many types, but I think the service is too bad. I haven't opened it. Is sales so important? I will never use this store again.
