街中で一方通行が多く留守で再配達になると回り道となり申し訳ないのと家で待っている方が落ち着かないのでなるべくこちらに引き取りに行きます。
窓口にポケットティッシュが置いてあり、ご自由にお取りくださいと書いてあるので遠慮なく頂いていきます。
ドライバーさんの再配達のご苦労や人件費を思えば粗品や割引、ポイント等で窓口での集荷や引き取りを促すのが正解だと思います。
