★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いが美味しい羊の店があると言う事で、銀座羊屋でジンギスカン？
網焼きでしかも塩味系と言う異色のジンギスカンだが、臭みも無く適度な歯応えと柔らかさ、パサパサしないと言う今までで上位の羊肉料理。
ネギ焼、もも肉、そしてラムチョップも全て旨い。
脂身が苦手なうちの子供たちも受けそうで、近いうちに家族で再訪したい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲み放題付きの羊屋極みコースを注文しましたが、とにかくラム尽くしのボリューム満点メニューで、味も肉にしっかり染み込んでいて全て美味しかったです。
締めが意外にもカレーだったところも○でした。
I ordered a lamb shop extreme course with all-you-can-drink, but anyway, it was a hearty menu full of lamb, and the taste was well absorbed in the meat and everything was delicious.
The place where the closing was unexpectedly curry was also ○.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全て味付きで、柔らかく癖なく食べられた。チャージ料あり、アルコール頼む場合は、20時最終オーダーにつき注文注意。
It was all flavored, soft and edible without any habit. There is a charge fee, and if you order alcohol, be careful when ordering because the final order is at 20:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半生で頂けるという焼きジンギスカン屋さん。とても新鮮な証拠だな～と思いながら色んな部位を頂きました。塩っぽい味が元々ついてて、そのまま焼いて食べられます。柔らかく、臭みも感じられずたくさんいただけました。すこし塩味が効きすぎてるかなーというのと、ジンギスカンのタレが個人的には好きなので、タレも準備してくれたら嬉しかったという点で★４つにさせてもらいます。お店の売りなんだと思います。これはこれで本当においしかったです。
A grilled Genghis Khan restaurant that you can enjoy for half a lifetime. I received various parts while thinking that it was a very fresh proof. It has a salty taste and can be baked and eaten as it is. It was soft and I didn't feel any odor. I wonder if the salty taste is a little too effective, and I personally like the sauce of Genghis Khan, so I would be happy if you prepared the sauce as well. I think it's a store sale. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お酒が出るまでに30分くらいかかりました。ジンギスカンは美味しかったです。焼き加減はミディアムくらいが一番美味しかったです。
It took about 30 minutes for the sake to come out. Genghis Khan was delicious. Medium was the most delicious.
