Stylish yakiniku restaurant. One of the best yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo. Course for 20k was the best. Pretty much neatly coordinated interior. Definitely want to repeat. Highly recommended for those who want to have quality time having yakiniku.

Ushigoro is a well-known restaurant chain for wagyu yakiniku (bbq) that serves Sanda beef (三田牛) from the Hyogo prefecture which is the same region as Kobe. This restaurant is definitely on the expensive end ranging from 14,000¥ – 28,000¥, which is consistent with their other branches. Although some of their sister shops have reduced menus for as low as 6,800¥. Ushigoro has a great concept of serving a high-quality beef centric menu with top notch table service. If you’re looking for good food and a private setting away from the hustle and bustle of the Tokyo scene, than Ushigoro delivers. We ordered the A menu (14,000¥) which came with a 15-course meal starting with a soup and platter of fresh vegetable dishes. Appetizers included a salad and platter of raw beef dishes including wagyu sushi, beef & caviar hand roll, beef tartare, and beef sashimi with uni. The entrée of the meal is 8 different wagyu dishes cooked on the grill with a water kimchi halfway through to clean your palate. At the end of your meal you can choose between a rice (curry) or noodle dish (ramen) and seasonal ice creams. Ushigoro is arguably one of the most pampered dinner I’ve ever experienced in Tokyo. Each party is escorted into a private room where they help with all your belongings into a in-room closet before the waiter introduces the menu and available drink options. Then your meal starts, and everything is cooked and served to you directly by the waiter. Even when you go to the rest room the staff will lead the way and makes sure you’re able to find your way back to your room.

Probably the best yakiniku in Tokyo! Serving premium Wagyu from Kobe area . Wagyu served are mostly rare parts and in course style . They grill and cook all the Wagyu in front of you , it is so perfectly grilled and delicious!!! You will be served in a private room, attentive and friendly staff , and explaining in details every single slice are from which part . The raw Wagyu with sea urchin and caviar served at the beginning are Exceptionally good too. Have already been visited for a couple of times and will definitely come again. Good for business dinner as well . It won’t disappoint you , fantastic dining experience that is value for money !

Everything was very well made and the staff were very attentive. I really liked how we got a private room. Everything was served course style. When you want to go to the washroom, they will take you and wait until you are finished and walk you back to your room so you won't have to stress over where you sat. Each dish was served and explained to us in detail. Whole they were able to get by with English, I felt if they trained their staff with more familiar English that will improve the experience.
