パテックフィリップは他の正規店で注文した。
New customers will not be dealt with.
At first glance, the response is polite, but they are urging them to return early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素晴らしい一流の、けれど敷居の低い時計店です。時計師の方が常駐しています。
箪笥でしばらく寝ていた機械式時計（他店で購入したもの）について、銀座に行ったついでにオーバーホールが必要かどうか持ち込んだところ、快く簡易検査を無料でやって頂き、時計師の方から親身、気さくにいろいろ教えて頂きました。
「ラグジュアリーな逸品をすべてのお客様に末永くお楽しみいただくためにも、希望に満ちた不安のない日々の永続に微力ながら貢献させていただきたい」、という考えのもと、売上の一部を慈善団体セーブザチルドレンに寄付しているようで、素晴らしい経営姿勢だと感心しました。
次に時計を買う際は、日新堂でお世話になりたいです。
It's a great, top-notch, but low-threshold watch shop. A watchmaker is resident.
When I went to Ginza and brought in a mechanical watch (purchased at another store) that had been sleeping in a chest of drawers for a while, I was willing to do a simple inspection for free, and the watchmaker kindly asked me. I kindly taught me various things.
A charity organization with a part of sales based on the idea that "I would like to make a small contribution to the endurance of hopeful and uneasy days so that all customers can enjoy luxury gems for a long time." It seems that they are donating to Save the Children, and I was impressed with their excellent management attitude.
The next time I buy a watch, I would like to take care of it at Nisshindo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えは想定の通りスポーティなものは殆どありません。店も狭いです。Vacheronの売り場は改装中でしたが在庫見たいものがあれば見れる状態でした。
As expected, there are almost no sporty products. The store is also small. The Vacheron department was under renovation, but I could see what I wanted to see in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a tourist shopping in Ginza area. Walked in this store planning to buy a Patek. Sales person told me that all Patek in store are dummies/sample. No stock in store. Only Resident of Japan can place order to buy a Patek. Too bad tourists.
PS. I got my 1st Patek in Rome as a tourist.
