I was impressed that Tiffany's first clerk received a special purchaser on the 3rd floor of the main store with champagne and finger food.

在庫は銀座本店から配送になりました。
商品を支えている箱の下にティファニーの紙袋が入っていました。
ですが、その紙袋が汚れているものが入っていました。
（見てすぐにわかる汚れです）
紙袋が汚れていることよりも、そういったものを同封されていた事にショックを受けました。
確認せず入れたのか？
それとも馬鹿にしているのか？
たかが紙袋かもしれませんが、それを入れた店員の質の低さにビックリです。
先日来店した際、とても混んでいて密が心配でオンラインにしたのですが。。
オンライン購入者を見下してるんですかね。
せっかく楽しみにしていたのにガッカリです。
今後は購入を慎重に考えたいと思います。

I was looking forward to it, but I was disappointed.

土地柄とんでもなく裕福な購買層があるかとは思いますが、廉価な客である私にもとてもよくしてくださいました。担当してくださったのはセールスリーダーの堀田さんです。
商品自体ももちろん気に入っていますが、とても素敵な対応をしていただいて、心からこの店で買ってよかったと思いました。記念日のたびに訪れてここで思い出を重ねていきたいなと思える、本店の名に相応しい店舗だと感じます。
The hospitality is great.
I'm sure there are ridiculously wealthy buyers in the area, but I'm a cheap customer, and they've done a great job. The person in charge was Mr. Hotta, the sales leader.
Of course I like the product itself, but I'm glad I bought it at this store because of the wonderful response. I feel that it is a store that fits the name of the main store, which I would like to visit every anniversary and keep memories here.
