p	peakhunter 8848 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大吟醸がずらり並ぶ飲み放題で北陸の料理を楽しめる最高のお店です。コロナ禍で半年以上延期していた会食にて初訪問です。仕事関係の親しい方お二人をプチ接待のため銀座周辺で探してこちらがヒットしました。北陸の料理のコースで日本酒各種をペアリングしてくれるコースもあり迷いましたが、飲み放題コースでも良いお酒が10種も含まれるので今回はこちら。1万6千円コースです。私も好きですがお相手どちらも日本酒が大好きということで、ここは大正解。着席してメニューを見るともう興奮気味。銀座888という銀座通りに面した綺麗なビル。いかにも絶対に良さそうな店がたくさん入ってます。女性スタッフもとても綺麗で感じの良い方。ビールの乾杯に続いて日本酒を1合ずつ上から順に飲みますと頼んだら心得たもので、その後は様子を見ながら順に持ってきてくれました。日本酒はどれもかなり美味しい。順に飲んでいるので料理とのペアリングではないものの利き酒のように味わい感想を言いながらかなり楽しめました。料理も抜群！前菜から、鱧の土瓶蒸し、刺身に喉黒の塩焼きまで完璧です。締めのご飯の量も多めで良いですね。結局、リストにないお酒も含めて11種類の日本酒を堪能し、みな大満足の2時間半でした。この場所でこの内容、かなり安くてお得です。 It is the best restaurant where you can enjoy Hokuriku cuisine with all-you-can-drink lined up with Daiginjo. l	li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「蟹至福」のコースで夜に来店しました。来店するまで料理の内容を相手から知らされてなかったのですけど蟹は大好物なので本場の新鮮な味を美味しく堪能することができました。一緒に頼んだ日本酒(しめはりづる、獺祭等)にもとても合い、よりお料理一つ一つが美味しく感じました。正に口福でした。個室で落ち着いてゆったりと食べることができました。また素材を生かした料理にただただ感動でした。スタッフのご対応も良かったです。おかげさまで快適なコースの名の通り至福の時間を満喫する事ができました。ありがとうございます。またぜひ伺わせていただきます。
