青を基調としたシンプルレトロな看板には「ギンビス」とは1ミリも書いてない（笑）
お店は一階にショーケース、幾ばくかのテーブル、二階がカフェになっています。
一階ショーケースで注文すると二階のテーブルまで持ってきてくれます。
ショーケースを見ると、ベーカリーとは名ばかりで、パンの一欠片も無く、ビスケットしか入っていませんw
ギンビスも美味しいのですが、私のお気に入りは柔らかいビスケットでアイスクリームをサンドした『カステラビスケットサンド』(´▽｀)
お店に入ると先客が居ましたので暫し待っていると、目の前でラストのカステラビスケットサンドが売り切れてしまいました(；ω；)
今日は、『フルーツヨーグルトジェラート』550円と『アイスコーヒー』420円で〜
お会計したら2階のイートインスペースで暫し待ちます。
フルーツヨーグルトジェラートの名前そのままに、蜜柑柑橘系がゴロゴロしたヨーグルトジェラート。
仄かな酸味と甘味がちょうど良い塩梅で、中々美味しいですww
因みに『カステラビスケットサンド』は、1日30個限定且つ30分しか持たないので、御近所しかお土産不可らしい、限定過ぎるww
巨大なビスケットにたっぷりと生クリームをサンドしたスィーツ。
ビスケットと云っても、独自の製法で編み出したスポンジケーキをやカステラみたいな柔らか食感のビスケットで、程よく水分と空気を含んでいて、ふわっふわのホロホロ。
その特上ビスケットに挟まれた、中の生クリームが甘過ぎず、ほんのりとビスケットの甘さに添うような甘さ設定で絶妙(´▽｀)

名前はベーカリーですが、パンはありません。
名物は、カステラビスケットサンド。
しっとり軽い食感のビスケットに、甘さ控えめのスッキリ生クリームを挟んだスイーツ。
素朴な見た目ですが、食べると懐かしく、美味しいです！

硬めのビスケットなのかな？と思ったら、なんとビスケットもフワフワしてました！

平日16時前、先客さま1組さま。
2階に20席くらい、コンビニのイートインに近い雰囲気のコーナーがあります。

カラフルなギンビスみたいなお菓子はサービス！
食べてみてね〜(*´ω｀*)と笑顔で渡して頂きました。
お値段がお安いので文句はないけれど、クリームは安っぽい系のお味です。(ごめんなさい)
良くも悪くも昭和感あふれる感じゆえ、好みは分かれそう。
でも、変に高級なクリームだとかえって合わない気もします。
それと、サービスに頂いたギンビスがむしろすごくツボで、買えばよかったな。(買えるんです！)
たまらぬ塩っけ！
尚、優しいお話好きのご主人がおひとりで営業されています。
なので、みんな作り置き系のメニューだけどご提供までは10分弱待ちました。
その点はちょっと注意かな。
