二階の入口がちょっと分かりにくいですが、ゆったりと観られて良かったです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は11月6日までの小林清子展を見にいきました。作品そのものは各自の好みで評価が変わるでしょうが私の好みの絵画と版画で清新な印象です。ギャラリーの雰囲気もスッキリして落ち着きがあり鑑賞することに邪魔になりません。
This time, I went to see Kiyoko Kobayashi's exhibition until November 6th. The evaluation of the work itself will change according to each person's taste, but my favorite paintings and prints give a fresh impression. The atmosphere of the gallery is refreshing and calm, so it doesn't get in the way of viewing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An exceptional print gallery in the Ginza. Worth visiting if you have any interest in contemporary Japanese print artists. The gallery personnel went out of their way to make my experience memorable.
I was interested in an Hiroto Norikane etching that was on display. I was shown folders of all of the works that they had of his. I liked it all and purchased what initially caught my eye. I was traveling and didn't want to carry the print with me so I arranged to pick it up when I returned to Tokyo. It was beautifully wrapped for safe carrying.
My print teacher was amazed by the artistic and technical quality of the etching. Also, don't miss the historic calligraphy shop in the Ginza-- Tokyo Kyukyodo.
