바닥을 캔버스 삼아 갈퀴를 이용해 모래 그림을 그리듯 기하학적인 문양들을 표현해 놓았다. 높게 쌓아올린 모래 삼각뿔은 바람이 조금만 불어도 금방 무너질 듯 불안해 보인다. 일본 사찰에는 종종 이런 모래정원이 있는데 바라만 보는 역할의 정원은 한국인 정서랑은 조금 맞지 않는 듯하다. 계속적으로 보수를 해줘야 할 것 같아 스님들이 많이 힘들지 않을까 싶다.

The sandy triangular pyramids piled up high seem uneasy as if even a slight breeze blows, they will quickly collapse. Japanese temples often have sand gardens like this, but the gardens that play the role of only looking at do not seem to match the Korean sentiment. I think the monks will have a lot of trouble because I think I have to keep paying for them.
