★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 延滞期日直前(期限日翌日9：00前)に返却したのですが、後日に返却遅れのハガキが到着しました。
googleのタイムラインを見せ 開店前のお店に立ち寄り、PM2時以降の返却ではない事を証明出来た。(GPSでは仕事先よりゲオに立つ寄らず真っすぐ帰宅)したがって、入力のミスなのかポストの溢れによる誤解なのか不明ですが、追金はま逃れました。
星を４としたのは、お店の対応も良く、お店のミスを否定はしませんでしたが 様々な事態を想定し、延滞となった原因を追求し、至った内容を中立に審査したからです。
会社の指導なのか店長の指導なのか、私には判りませんが、とても良い対応でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員のサービスも新作で一週間レンタル出来るのも気に入っています。ただ…ケース古くて汚いボロボロです。新しくして欲しいです。最近値上げしました。新作も旧作も…安いイメージがあったのですがクーポン半額の時以外は利用したくないです。他店は値上げしてませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南相馬のなかでは品揃えは良いが新作ゲームがいつまでたっても品切中なのが気になった。が、しかし店員にこのゲームいつ入荷しますかと聞いたらいつになるかわからないけど他店の在庫を調べて取り寄せ出来るということもできるとのことでその対応がすごく好印象でした。結構頻繁にゲームソフトを購入するため利用しています。

無愛想極まりない
今まで体験したゲオの中で底辺レベルの店舗。めんどくさそうな接客の男性店員や妙に「知識たっぷり」アピールの男性店員がうざい。
丁寧に対応してくれる女性店員さんもいますが、よく返却DVDを棚に戻している男性店員さんが日本語しゃべれない？外人？と思われる対応で困りました
