ナ	ナナムジカ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は星２つでした。しかし、今日星１つにしました。　延長料金のすれ違いが原因です。借りたのに延長したのは悪いと思います。　借りた内の１枚を入れ忘れてしまいました。　その１枚の延長料金を聞く為にお店に電話しました。　お店の人は、明日の13時迄でしたら一日分の延長料金です。と言ってましたので、では明日の時までは同じなんですね??と聞き返し、はい!!と言う返事を聞き電話を切りました。その電話の次の日に店に返しに行きました。勿論、13時までにです。しかし、担当になった人が、550円です。と言って来たのです。自分は驚き、昨夜の電話でのやり取りを担当者に話ました。が、２日の延滞になっています。と言われました。自分は、昨日電話で延滞金を確認して今日来ています。と言うと、奥で相談し始めました。相談が終わるとレジ迄来て。本来なら550円なのですが今回は一日分でいいです!とか言われました。自分は納得出来ず。昨夜電話できちんと確認をとって今日来ています。昨日の店員さんの○○さんに言われています!!と言うと、前日のシフトを見て対応した人の名があったみたいでした。が、それでも、本来は２日分なのですが…とまだ言って来ました。頭に来てしまい、いいです!!２日分支払います!!って言うとまだ、ですから本来は２日分なんですが…とか言って来ます。ので、さっきから言ってますよね!?昨夜電話で確認した!!と何度も言ってますよね!?延長はしたけど、その延長料金を確認してから来ています。って言ってますよね!?と言いましたが、その店員は理解しないままでした。別に２日分が惜しいワケではないのです。その店員がずーっと客側の責任のような言い方が気に要らなかったのです。 It used to be two stars.
