★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前から車検や納車でお世話になってましたが、スタッフの対応には幻滅しました。修理代の見積もりの説明は単純だし、整備担当に説明されたら納得行くけど、女スタッフは見積もりの説明が不十分でした。低料金ならまだしも、けして安い金額ではないのにも関わらず後になってから割増料金を追加するとはいかがなものでしょうか？今後の車検を予約しようかと思いましたが、信用を疑ってしまいますね。
 I have been indebted to the car inspection and delivery for several years, but I was disillusioned with the staff's response. The explanation of the estimate of the repair fee is simple, and I am satisfied if it is explained to the maintenance staff, but the female staff did not explain the estimate sufficiently. If it's a low price, why not add a premium later even though it's not cheap? I thought I'd book a car inspection in the future, but I doubt my credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての車検でわからないことだらけでしたが、担当してくださった方が丁寧に教えてくださり、安心できました。各種割引もあり、他社よりお得に車検を受けられたと思います。整備の方が実物を見せてくれたので、わかりやすかったです。急ぎで整備した方が良いところと、◯◯キロまで、または次の車検までで大丈夫なところなども素人の私にもわかりやすく説明してくださって、ありがとうございました。また次の車検もこちらにお願いしようと思います。

押し売りのようなこともなく、対応も丁寧で満足しています。
価格も良心的だと思います。
以前板金でお世話になったときの料金も、他店(個人経営と別のチェーン店でとった見積り)よりも割安でした。
仕上がりもとてもきれいで、対応もよかったので今回は車検でも利用しました。
