事前に見積もりに来てもらい、その金額で納得したが、当日荷物を引き取る際に荷物の明細を言わずにお金だけを渡してくる。
訪問無料とはなんだったのだろうか、以前に見積もった金額に引き取り料を差し引いた金額を出してくる。この2つは少しでも安く引き取りたいために客を騙していると思われる
