池	池山龍一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宇都宮駅の目の前で素敵な店と出会った。日本全国の焼肉屋を食べ歩いて記録しているブログ「焼肉図鑑」を作成しています。焼肉グレートもその1Pにすべく利用してきました。旅程の都合で昼の利用となってしまいましたが、素晴らしい焼肉を食べることが出来て満足しています。実はグレートのようなきれいな内装で、牛の希少部位を扱い、肉は薄めにカットしてあっさりと。。。といった系統の焼肉は少々辟易していたのですが、私の凝り固まった焼肉観を打ち砕いてくれました。サシがかなり入った肉でも後で気持ち悪くならなかったのは、しっかりとした仕入れだからなのだと思います。各部位それぞれに美味しく食べる事のできる調理方法とタレも考案されており、楽しく食べ進むこともできました。調理してくれた店員さんはたどたどしかったのですが、しっかりと教育も受けているようで、受け答え含めて素晴らしかったです。美味しい焼肉屋だと思います。価格帯としては高額な焼肉屋にはなると思うので、その点だけ納得いけば素晴らしい体験ができるはずです。 I met a nice shop in front of Utsunomiya station. I am creating a blog "Yakiniku Encyclopedia" that records eating and walking around yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. I have also used Yakiniku Great to make it 1P. Due to the itinerary, it was used for lunch, but I am happy to be able to eat wonderful yakiniku. In fact, it has a beautiful interior like Great, handles rare parts of beef, and cuts the meat thinly. .. .. I was a little tired of yakiniku, but it shattered my rigid view of yakiniku. I think the reason why the meat with a lot of sashimi didn't make me feel uncomfortable later was because it was a solid purchase. Cooking methods and sauces that can be eaten deliciously have been devised for each part, and I was able to enjoy eating. The clerk who cooked it was traceable, but he seemed to be well educated, and it was wonderful including the answers. I think it's a delicious yakiniku restaurant. I think that it will be an expensive yakiniku restaurant in the price range, so if you understand that point, you should be able to have a wonderful experience.

When three men enter the store, when you look around, only a couple (Gachi). A very nice clerk who asked for a course meal and talked about delicious meat that I couldn't stop laughing at. 上	上杉鷹山 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お任せ6品（匠）4370円税込極み8品は、オープン一番乗りで売り切れ御免との事? 開店前に店先で待ち☔️ 実は開店時間を間違えてしまい30分前に到着? 店員さんに聞いたら17時からですとの事。雨の中☔️寒い中で待ってました。開店まで外で待つのは当たり前ですよね。もし待合室で待たせてくれるような気遣いがあったら素晴らしいなと感じならが開店を待ち侘びました? 少し残念? 予約してなかったので、18時40分予約のお客さんが来るまでなら大丈夫ですと席に案内されました。良かった、店先で待ってて予約がない事で断られたら並んだ俺たちアホやもん? このことに関しては素晴らしい判断やと思いました☺️ そんなこんなで急いで食べました? 梅しそ冷麺　850円こちらは梅肉たっぷりの酸味が楽しめてコリコリシコシコの麺がスープと絡んでるから中々の美味さ? 初めての味わいの冷麺でした? チョレギサラダ　780円結構なボリュームで葉っぱを楽しめました? お肉は生でも楽しめそうな薄っぺらな?をおろしワサビと岩塩や拘りのタレで楽しみました。脂が甘めで臭みの無い柔らかいお肉でした? 牛肉はあまり好みではないです、A5クラスの脂がしつこいお肉は容易に食べることがでるので、毎度ガッカリします?‍? それなので滅多に食べないんです? 今回は結構楽しませてもらいました? 次回は匠を予約して楽しみたいと思います♪ Leave it to us 6 items (Takumi) 4370 yen including tax The 8 extreme items are the first to open and are sold out ? (on the menu or in person if you don't read Japanese). Ok English, not great but they were very helpful. Delicious but a bit expensive.
