It is a wonderful facility where you can understand anything about Heim, which is irresistible for Sekisui Heim fans. You can enjoy a sample structure and an earthquake experience. The guide sister is also nice.

セキスイハイムの鉄骨構造や太陽光発電システムでのエコシステム、外壁の経年劣化などなど見る事が出来ます。
また、４ＤＸと３Ｄ映像で関西淡路大震災や東日本大震災を体験してきました。
まるでＴＤＬのアトラクションです。
要予約のツアーでガイドの説明あり、所要時間は１時間程かかります。
システムキッチン、お風呂、トイレなどリフォーム用の展示品も沢山あります。

You can see the steel structure of Sekisui Heim, the ecosystem of solar power generation systems, and the deterioration of the outer wall over time.

The tour requires a reservation and the guide will explain it, and it will take about an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MX4Dシアターを体験できます。阪神・淡路大震災や東日本大震災の様子を体感できます。座席が激しく動いたり水しぶきがかかったり、臭いまで感じることができました。映像では全ての建物が破壊、あるいは流されてしまっているなか、セキスイハイム鉄骨の建物だけが、一階の窓ガラスがわれたりはしていますが、全体的に外観はきれいに残っていました。セキスイハイムの耐久性をアピールするためのイベントではありますが、体験する価値はじゅうぶんにあります。その他展示スペースも充実しているので楽しめる施設でした。
You can experience the MX4D theater. You can experience the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and the Great East Japan Earthquake. I could feel the seats moving violently, splashing water, and even smelling. In the video, all the buildings were destroyed or washed away, but only the Sekisuiheim steel-framed building had the windows on the first floor broken, but the overall appearance remained beautiful. It's an event to showcase the durability of Sekisuiheim, but it's well worth the experience. It was a facility that you can enjoy because there are plenty of other exhibition spaces.
