★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和栗のモンブラン美味しかったです！期間限定品みたいなので普通のモンブランも試してみたくなりました。
店頭での一番人気はチョコみたいですが、中のタルト？の食感が家族には不評でした。個人的には甘さの主張が強くて期待したほどではなかったかも…
でもケーキによってタルト生地を変えているのか焼き方を変えているのか、チーズタルトはしっとりめ、モンブランのタルトはサクサク、チョコのタルトはザッハトルテっぽかったりして面白いなーと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダントツで１番好きなケーキ屋さんでした。甘さ控えめで酸味が強いのがとても美味しかった。リキュールが強めなのも好きでした。
でも、久しぶりに買ったら、すごく甘くなってしまってがっかりです。以前の味に戻してほしい。
It was my favorite cake shop in Dantotsu. It was very delicious that the sweetness was modest and the acidity was strong. I also liked the strong liqueur.

モンブランやティラミスを倒さないようガチガチに固めてあって良かったです。
